At BLT Fitness and Nutrition, your Contour Red-Light Therapy experience begins with a friendly check-in at the front desk, followed by a quick escort to your private treatment area. You’ll have time to change into comfortable clothing and store your personal items securely in our lockers. Before starting, our red-light technician will take your pre-treatment measurements so we can track your progress. Then, you’ll relax while enjoying your red-light session, which lasts about 30 minutes. Afterward, you’ll spend approximately 10 minutes on our shaker plate—a gentle vibration platform that helps loosen fat cells. Once complete, we’ll take your after-treatment measurements to see your results, then you can change back into your clothes, collect your belongings, and be on your way feeling refreshed and accomplished.
The closer the light is to the skin, the more effective the treatment — and the Contour Light pad delivery system allows direct application to the skin for maximum benefit.
For best coverage, we recommend wearing a two-piece bathing suit, Speedo®, or boxers. The client lies comfortably on a treatment table while the pads are placed on targeted areas. A common configuration includes:

Pads can be arranged in various ways, depending on the client’s treatment goals.
Once the system is activated, ultra-bright red lights become visible. Protective goggles are provided for eye safety. After a few minutes, as the red light stimulates the cell’s mitochondria to produce energy, patients may feel a gentle warming sensation — generated by the body itself, not by heat from the pads. Many describe the experience as soothing and relaxing.
Sessions typically last up to 30 minutes, offering clients a chance to rest, unwind, and even nap while their treatment works.
- Waiver Requirement: All clients are required to complete and sign a Health History & Consent Waiver prior to receiving any red-light therapy services. This document will be kept on file and must be updated if there are any changes in your health status.
- Medical Restrictions: Red-light therapy is generally safe; however, certain medical conditions may make it unsafe or inappropriate. Clients with cancer, active infections, uncontrolled high blood pressure, photosensitive skin disorders, pregnancy, epilepsy, or implanted medical devices (such as pacemakers) should not undergo red-light therapy.
- Medical Clearance: If you have any chronic illness, ongoing medical treatment, or recent surgery, you must obtain written clearance from your licensed healthcare provider before beginning treatment.
- Self-Disclosure: You are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical history, medications, and health concerns prior to treatment. Failure to disclose may increase the risk of side effects and may result in denial of service without refund.
- Acknowledgment: By signing the waiver, you confirm that you have read and understood the potential risks, have disclosed your complete medical history, and voluntarily consent to proceed with red-light therapy.
- Payment Requirements
- Full Payment Before Service: Payment in full is required at the time of booking for the selected red-light therapy treatment or package.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
- Package Purchases: Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Sessions included in the package must be scheduled in advance.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Notice Required: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled treatment.
- Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you fail to provide a 24-hour notice or do not attend your appointment, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
- Emergency Exceptions: Exceptions may be made for medical or other verified emergencies at management’s discretion.
- Refunds
- Single Sessions: Payments for single sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed.
- Packages: Packages are non-refundable once purchased, but may be transferred to another individual with prior approval.
- Expiration of Packages
- All purchased sessions must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise specified.
- Unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited without refund.
- Pricing Changes
- Pricing is subject to change without notice; however, prepaid sessions and packages will be honored at the original purchase price.
- Insurance & Medical Billing
- Red-light therapy services are not covered by most insurance plans and are offered as elective wellness treatments.
- We do not bill insurance providers; all payments are the responsibility of the client.
- Agreement to Policy
By booking a red-light therapy treatment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Billing Policy.

Your gym membership includes:
- Access to the gym during your regularly scheduled appointment times for up to three (3) times per week, an average of 12 times per month. A personal trainer will be available for each session.
- It’s important that you arrive on time to avoid conflicts with the scheduled times of other members.
- Additional sessions are available for an additional fee per session.
All membership programs include a certified personal trainer. Your trainer ensures that your workouts are safe and targets your fitness goals.
At the start of your membership, the joining process includes an assessment of your current health condition and readiness for physical activity. Your trainer uses this information to customize your individualized workout sessions. Throughout the year, additional assessments are taken to measure your progress.
“You can’t out-train a bad diet.” Each membership program includes a customized meal plan based on your health and physical activity assessments. Our meal plans are balanced nutritionally and include foods that promote improvements in your health condition. As your health and fitness assessments change, your meal plan may be adjusted throughout the year.
Exclusive to gym members, the Online Training Module is your personal resource hub for fitness education and exercise mastery. This self-paced module includes instructional exercise videos, a comprehensive exercise vocabulary, step-by-step equipment guides, and detailed muscle group diagrams—all designed to help you train smarter, move better, and reach your fitness goals with confidence.
- No sign-up fees
- No long-term contracts. Billed monthly until canceled.
- Membership fees are automatically billed monthly to a credit card until canceled.
- All cancellations must be in writing. Cancellation notices can be delivered to either BLT’s front desk or website, or by email. All cancellations become effective the month following the written notice.
- Child Memberships are available for ages 12 – 17 years old.
